"The sincerity of any prayer is the assurance of its being heard; the spiritual wisdom and universe consistency of any prayer is the determiner of the time, manner, and degree of the answer. If the prayer is sincere, there is no magic by which the answer can be made to appear supernaturally in the presence of the one who thus prays. Because of natural laws and the normal operation of the ordained techniques of the superuniverses, the sincere prayer of faith is essentially answered by the direct action of the spiritual forces of the universe; such a prayer is answered by the Father himself, and this response is wholly in accordance with the nature and purpose of the petition of the praying child."
